Candidates must have a clean driver's license. A min. 3 years' experience in the apartment maintenance or similar trade, plus experience in apartment turnovers required.

Maintenance Technician skills required: carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall.

High School Diploma or greater required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
